When we lose our grounding in the present moment we may experience worries and stresses. Our bodies perceive that what we are worrying about or imagining is real and releases all kinds of stress hormones which can drain our energy and be unsettling to us mentally and emotionally.
Learn about mindfulness- train yourself to develop a greater awareness of your own thoughts and feelings – and be guided through a gentle meditation in these workshops.
