New artist exhibits in Moat Theatre Cafe

Neil Murdoch: Solo

Inspired by surrealism, Neil’s greatest inspiration is the work of Dali, the master Surrealist himself. This is reflected quiet eloquently in Neil’s work, yet his work is completely his own. The colours play with each other with great harmony, and even sometimes, the image itself can play with your imagination.

Having developed his style over many years, he has now come to the stage to bring it to the public's eye in his first solo exhibition. Now based in Wicklow, Neil was a resident of Naas for many years but hails originally from Newcastle, England. Art is a complete passion for him, and whenever an idea hits, he thinks and works it through until he is completely satisfied with the finish.  Music is also another passion and one which does influence his style.
