Athy Town Promoters need your help
At a meeting of the Athy Town Promoters, it was decided to build upon the success of last year’s St Patrick’s Parade and make a concerted effort to organise a bigger and better parade for this year. To do this we need your help.
Athy will have a wide variety of festivals and events this year, including Patricks Day Parade, 10th anniversary of Tri Athy, Kildare County Show, Darkness to light, Dragon boat Festival and the Bluegrass to name but a few. We hope that these events ...will be promoted at the parade.
The Athy Town Promoters is a group of community organisations and business groups including Athy Municipal District Council, Athy Chamber of Commerce, Athy Enterprise Centre , Athy Heritage Centre and Museum, Athy tidy Towns, KIildare County Show. Civil Defence. Our purpose is to co-ordinate efforts in the town to promote Athy as a business and tourist destination for the benefit of everybody in the town.
