Notes to Parents

Please arrive at 9.30 on the first day for registration (Classes commence at 10:00 for the remainder of the week).

As paint and other materials can be messy, children are asked to bring an old shirt or t-shirt to wear over their own clothes for protection.

Please provide children with a packed lunch and a drink.
(Please note there are no shops in the vicinity.)

Mobile phones are not permitted in class.

Good natured and respectful behaviour towards tutors and other children is expected at all times.

Under no circumstances are children allowed leave the premises during the course of the day. As tutors cannot be responsible for children outside of the course hours, please ensure prompt collection of children at 2:00. If the child is to be collected by anyone other than his or her parents, please notify staff.

Places are limited, as groups are kept small (maximum of eight children per group) to ensure each child receives adequate attention, so early booking is essential.

A small exhibition will give the parents an opportunity to view the children’s work.
