The season of Christmas was a wonderful celebration in St. Evin's School. The
large-sized crib was set up in
the main entrance hall, the tree was lit up alongside, and all the children
engaged in artwork such as constructing Christmas decorations and Christmas cards in the classrooms.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, there were no Nativity Performances this
year but the children had a very enjoyable experience in many other ways.
We were delighted to welcome Santa to our school on Monday,
December 20th. In a very safe and socially-distanced fashion, Santa held court
in the school yard where he gave each child a
little treat and listened to their requests. Many thanks to the Parents' Council
for arranging and funding his visit.
