A star studded line up of 11 runners is confirmed to compete in the Abu Dhabi Irish 2000 Guineas this Saturday at the Curragh racecourse.
Aidan O’Brien’s four runners are led by Power and Daddy Long Legs, while the Jim Bolger trained Parish Hall, currently the 7/2 favourite with Paddy Power, and the John Oxx trained pair of Takar and Born to Sea are other notable contenders who will attempt to keep the first Irish Classic race of the year at home
The strong overseas trained challenge includes Hermival from France who finished 3rd in the English 2000 Guineas, the Richard Hannon trained Trumpet Major and Foxtrot Romeo trained by Brian Smart
