Beginners & Improvers Yoga - 1st Sept to 20th Oct @ 8.30pm
Hatha Yoga class incorporating breathing /yoga postures and relaxation at end of each class. Yoga helps to stretch and tone the entire body and calm the mind. Students practice at their own level in a relaxed and friendly environment. small class size. All equipment provided. €90
Morning Yogalates - 3rd Sept to 21st Oct @ 10am
A mix of yoga and pilates to tone and strenghten, paying particular attention to the abdominals. Relaxation at end of each class to prepare you for the day ahead. Students work at their own level in relaxed and friendly environment. Small class size. All equipment provided. €90
Yoga to tone and strengthen - 3rd Sept to 21st Oct @ 8.30pm
Hatha Yoga class incorporating breathing /yoga postures and relaxation at end of each class. Students practice at their own level, class can be as intensive or as gentle as you want it to be. Held in a relaxed and friendly environment. Small class size. €90
Mum & Baby Yoga - 8th Sept to 27th Oct @ 10.30am
The tone of the class is gentle and relaxed and all of babies needs are accommodated. A chance for you to tone while having fun with your baby. Opportunity at the end of class to connect with other mums over coffee. No yoga experience necessary. €70
Yoga For Kids - 8th Sept to 13th Oct @ 2.15 & 3.30pm
2.15 pm age 3-6 - 3.30 pm age 6-12
A fun-filled class using music/song/imagery and a little imagination to create a yoga practice suitable for every child. A great way to introduce yoga to kids in a non-competitive environment. Yoga helps increase concentration, confidence and teaches kids how to relax. Yoga for the special child -available one to one or with family. Discount for siblings. €36
