Fit kids summer camp at Naas Leisure Centre.
Activities include martial arts, hip hop classes, life saving techniques, swimming, kiddie’s circuits, cardio kick box and many more.
Age groups 5-8 years and 9-12 years from
10.30am-2.30pm starting July 2009.
Fit teens club is also starting July 2009 for
13-15 years from 2.30pm-4.30pm with activities such as spin, total body circuit, martial arts and many more.
