New Mum and Baby yoga classes in the Wellness Centre, Kilcock
Mum and Baby yoga classes will resume on Tuesday mornings in The Wellness Centre in Kilcock on the 26th July.
Classes are a fantastic way to bond with your new baby while regaining your pre pregnancy body, toning up and learning to relax.
There's yoga for mum, yoga and massage for baby and a chance to meet other new mums in a relaxed and fun environment.
Cost is 60euro for 6 week course or you can drop in and pay 12euro per class.
Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks up to crawling!
