"The Healthy Way" in Leixlip are running a workshop entitled "Mindfulness for Stress Reduction", with Josephine Lynch on 17th November 2007.
This workshop is designed to give people an introduction to the practice of Mindfulness. More and more people are discovering the essential nature of living in the present moment.
This day is an opportunity to learn how to practice this through the art of mindfulness.
