Vacancy for Receptionist / Assistant Administrator


The Kildare Community Partnership (KCP) is the Partnership Company, supported by Pobal under the Local Development Social Inclusion Programme to support equality of opportunities for better integration and participation in community. 

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist/ Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of reception and will assist the Office Manager with administration duties.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good IT and Communication Skills
  • Be a Self Motivator
  • Fluent in English
  • The Ability to Multi-task and Meet Deadlines
  • Relevant Previous Experience


Salary and Conditions: €23,801 Pro Rata.  This is a part-time position 3-day (21 hours per week) initial contract to December 2008.
