Course Outline
- Knowledge and skills required for developing an effective Food Safety System, incorporating Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Skills and knowledge to implement an on-going Basic Food Safety Training Programme for staff.

A recommended minimum of 2 participants from a company attends the training programme to ensure the company and participants obtain the maximum possible benefit and successful implementation of the HACCP Food Safety System.
