Leinster Printmaking Studio
The Leinster Printmaking Studio will offer An Introduction to Printmaking workshop for adults during June, July and August. The sessions will take place in the evenings and at weekends.
During August Steffan Jones – Hughes and Geanette Orrel, two printmakers from The Regional Print Centre, Wrexham in Wales will visit the studio in Clane. It is hoped to establish a liaison between both studios with a view to hosting a joint exhibition in the future.
Congratulation to members of the Studio, Deirdre Shanley and Margaret Becker whose work was selected for inclusion in the visual art exhibition during Éigse, Carlow Arts Festival in June.
