Arts Centre Update
Work begins on the new arts centre in early 1999. The project which is adopted as Kildare County Council's Millenium Project, will be completed by early 2000.
Fund-raising continues in County Kildare and all donations small and large are most welcome. We are delighted to announce that Reidy/Stafford Solicitors in Newbridge have come aboard as corporate sponsors.
A special mention also to the children in Mrs. Duggan's and Mrs. Nugent's classes in St. Conleth's and Mary's School for raising money by selling toffee apples. Every pound counts, children, so thank you! Don't forget, it you want to "buy-a-brick" for the Arts Centre, forms are still available from Newbridge Library.
