Arts Act Grants

Applications are invited for the Arts Act Grants 2002 from:

  • Arts Education/ training projects
  • Bursary awards for individual Kildare based artists for the development of their work.
  • Assistance to groups/ organisations / schools towards the cost of events and programmes which stimulate public interest in and improve arts practice in the county.
  • Assistance towards the costs of art materials and equipment required for the realisation of arts projects

Libraries and Arts Plan

Would you like to have a say in planning Kildare Libraries and Arts Services in the next five years? Here’s how! Kildare Libraries and Arts Service proposes to publish a Five -Year Development Plan (2002-2006) in 2002. Written submissions/ proposals are invited from individuals and groups relating to the following services: Public Libraries, Local Studies Services, Genealogy, Archives and Art Service. Submissions should be made by Friday 1st February to: Noel Drumgoole, Kildare County Library, Riverbank, Newbridge. Tel: 045-431486/431109.
