Summer Reading Club

Borrow and read 12 books from the library over the summer holidays and you could win a Certificate and a special prize, to be presented at a fabulous presentation party in September. Registration for the club starts Mon 16th June. Start reading Mon 30th June to Fri 29th August. Club is open to all current members from 3-14yrs.

MUSEUM OPENING @ BALLITORE LIBRARY

Museum in Ballitore LibraryBallitore, Athy, Co. Kildare is a small village with a unique Quaker heritage. Kildare County Council has developed a fascinating museum, which brings this heritage to life. The museum will be opened officially in July. The museum is located in the Leadbetter House, which also accommodates an interactive library service.
