Prendergast and O'Toole families

I am looking for information on the Prendergast and Toole (O'Toole) families from Athy.

Margaret Toole (O'Toole) married Patrick Prendergast at I believe St Mary's Parish, Athy around 1830's - they owned a saddlery business in Duke Street Athy. They had a daughter Mary who became a founding member of the Mercy order in New Zealand and later became Mother Mary Ignatius.

Margaret had a sister Mary Toole (O'Toole) who married Edmund Walsh on the 27th January 1834 at St Johns Parish, Kilkenny. Pat Homes and Bridget Walsh were the witnesses. Edmund and Mary Walsh (nee O/Toole) were my gt.gt. grandparents.

Any help would be most appreciated.
Kind regards,
Jane Campbell
