In the event of a credit being accumulated on the account, please fill out the refund form here and return it to Kildare County Council for processing. Please note that it is the policy of Kildare County Council not to refund amounts of less than or equal to €200, also two weeks rent is held back to ensure that the account will always be in credit.

For refund amounts with a value of €500 or more in credit a rent assessment form must be completed before a refund is processed. To request a rent assessment form click here, “ASSESSMENT REQUIRED FOR REFUND APPLICATION”. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks for a rent review to take place.
