The proposed development will comprise of:
a) 12 no. residential units comprising of:
i) 1 no. four bed, detached single storey house,
ii) 3 no. two bed, terraced, two storey houses,
iii) 3 no. three bed, terraced, two storey houses,
iv) 3 no. three bed, semi-detached two storey houses,
v) 1 no. four bed, semi-detached, two storey house,
vi) 1 no. three bed, detached single storey house,
b) all associated site-works including the construction of site boundaries, tree surgery, landscaping, footpaths, roads, car parking spaces, street lighting, ducting for utilities, formation of new connections to existing public foul and surface water drainage, and existing utilities.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase for a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Kildare County Council, Level 2, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare during its public opening hours during the period from 14th March 2017 until 2nd May 2017 (both dates inclusive).
