They do not dominate a room, yet they are deep enough to hold oversize books, back issues of magazines, electronic equipment, and decorative accessories with ease. 	CREAMERY SHELVES Broad-shelved milk pan and cheese racks were indispensable equipment in Shaker storage cellars and dairies. Even in these utilitarian settings, Shaker cabinetmakers created furniture not only of solid construction, but also refined proportion. We have adapted a beautiful example from the Mt. Lebanon, N.Y community. The shelves are precisely dovetailed into the side panels and are then attached to the back braces. This means that the unit can be completely disassembled for moving if necessary. Entirely made of solid, clear Eastern White Pine. Height 72". Shelves are 85" wide, 14½" deep.
