The Daily Mile is a popular, simple and free initiative that sees children run or jog for 15 minutes every day in school. It is being implemented in our school and is being thoroughly enjoyed by children and teachers each day. Each class will participate over a 10-week period. The Daily Mile improves the health and fitness of schoolchildren around the world. It can help combat global problems such as low physical activity, high sedentary behaviour, declining fitness levels and high levels of obesity.
