New Coltri Sub Compressor
Thanks largely due to a €10,000 Irish National Lottery Grant we were able to purchase a new stationery compressor for the club house in late 2007. Last year’s committee & all the club members should also be congratulated on their tireless fundraising to come up with the balance to fund this purchase. 
The new Coltrisub MCH 36 compressor has been commissioned in October and is already proving to be a great asset to the club. It has the capacity to supply 600 litres (22CFM) of high quality air or nitrox per minute. The MCH36 will fill a 12 litre 232 bar cylinder from empty in just 4.6 minutes. It is a three phase, four stage, oil injection system with dual filtration to provide clean air to club members for well into the future.
Gone are the days of lines of diving cylinders out the door waiting to be filled by the old worn out compressor. As some one once said "You can dive without a boat but you can't dive without a compressor!"
