ITEC Gym & Aerobic Instructors Course

Diploma In Gym & Aerobic Instruction 

Starting 11th May 2012 /  Friday 7-10pm & Saturday 10am-5pm 

Internationally Recognised Qualification:

 Also in Australia, South Africa & USA 

FEE: € 1,600 (Includes Exam Fees)  

Deposit €600 (Strictly Non Refundable)/Payable 3 Weeks Before Starting Date 

€500 Payable End June (approx) / €500 Payable End July (approx)

 All Trainees Must Fully Complete All Practical & Theory Modules Of The Course In Order To Be Eligible To Sit Exams

Gym Instruction Practical

All students will be trained to assess clients, fitness test & design gym programs for clients suited to their fitness levels in both theory & practical 

Exam: Students are required to take a client through a full screening & assessment

 Gym Theory

Students must cover all aspects of theory for the gym including diet & nutrition, co-ordination, principals of training, illness & injury etc.

 Aerobic Practical

All students will be taught to co-ordinate an aerobic class in fitness levels – Beginner to Advanced 

Co-ordination is required for this part of the course 

Exam: Students are required to teach two phases of an aerobic class 

Book List will be issued when place is secured with payment. 

Books not included in fees.  Full attendance is required.
