Hong Kong Battle

[Summary] Jackie Wang Vs. Chin Li is an epic kung fu saga boasting the best in low budget crappy special effects.

[Project Beginnings] I made this short alongside Jeff Keogh and Lorcan Garrett during the days when we could churn out a low-budget short-film every two days which amounted to over forty in total. Originally it was three seperate shorts (Hong Kong Battle, Chin Li's Revenge and Fighter's Destiny) but when we discovered we could only enter one short into a local film competition, the three were edited into one film.

Hong Kong Battle was eventually screened in front of a full house in the Riverbank Theatre, Newbridge to a roaring applause.
