Coolmine Recycling Centre is located in Coolmine Industrial Estate, Dublin 15. The recycling centre is provided by Fingal Council. Members of the public can bring along a wide range of of items for recycling or disposal.

The recycling centre is strictly for household use. No commercial waste can be taken to this site.

All the above items & services are paid for with Fingal Council bin tags which are sold in €8 units.

You can buy tags in local shops and garages in the following areas:

Portmarnock/Malahide/Howth (includes Cloghran & Kinsealy), Castleknock/Mulhuddart (includes Blanchardstown, Clonsilla, etc) and Swords/Balbriggan (includes Santry, Rush, Lusk, Portrane, Donabate, Skerries and rural villages).

You can also buy tags by credit card by calling Ph. 8905009. These tags will be issued by post within 2 days.
