Now that the light is back and we are able to go out to work in the evenings, we are now meeting on Mondays nights. If you are interested in getting out to litter pick, do weeding and pruning, we usually meet at the church carpark on Station Road at 7pm each Monday. In case our plans change we let everyone know by text alert. To join our text alert list click the volunteer link and leave your name and mobile number.

The new Garda station opened its doors last autumn. To compliment the new structure Mr Jody Price, of Mill Lane, proposed a significant landscaping project in the open area in front of the building. After discussions with the Gardai and with the assistance of the town council he set to work. The result has been a stunning display of flower planters and beds. He entered this project into the Leixlip Town Council Adopt-an-Area competition, and won in his category and donated his winnings to LTTA.
We would like to commend Jody's commitment to our town and thank him for all the hours of hard work he has volunteered to our association.
