Pool grant not cleared

16 December 2003: A grant of €3.8 million for the replacement of Naas Swimming Pool has still not been cleared by the minister for arts, sport & tourism.

But the Contract Documents foor the project have been assessed and 'found to be in order, the minister has told the Dail.

He said he hopes to be in a position to respond to Kildare County Council on the matter 'shortly'.
