Leixlip demolition application

LEIXLIP 16 January 2003: Kildare County Council has received an application for the demolition of the former Falcon Coffee Shop and the rest of the building at 59 Main Street, Leixlip.

The application was made by Moriarty Investments Ltd, Palmerstown Shopping Centre, Dublin 20, who wish to construct a 2-storey cafe-bar at street front and a single storey function room at rear over a basement.

The current building includes residential accommodation.
