County Kildare Fáilte was one of the exhibitors the annual Dublin Holiday Fair over the past weekend, promoting registered B&Bs, tourist attractions, visitor centres, golf courses, riding centres, open farms, gardens, and historical houses around the county.

This year County Kildare Fáilte had a new and improved stand to tie in with the new Kildare brochure which has been produced.

Later this year there here will be more familiarisation trips for journalists and incoming tour operators, a quarterly Events Guide, co-operative advertising programmes that will allow members to be included in national and international advertising and promotion.

Kildare Fáilte will also announce a PR campaign to encourage magazine and media coverage and reviews for the whole range of attractions that form the county’s tourist product and also plans to develop a new interactive website.
