'Juno' takes to Kilcullen boards KILCULLEN 17 January 2003: They were there before me. I was part of them for a number of years. They are a part of the cultural history of Kildare that is a little less sung about than are most of the other bits. They had their preview performance last night, and until the 25th of January the cast - a mix of the old reliables such as Bernard Berney, Vivian Clarke and Margaret O'Shea, and newcomers to the troupe such as Emyln Hegarty-Kelly - will be outlining this cameo from the large drama of Ireland at the time of its difficult birth as a state. The production is by Paddy Melia, lighting by Frankie Mitchell, and set design by Pat Dunlea.
