Call for disabled parking spaces

14 January 2004: Progressive Democrats councillor John Lyons is urging Kildare County Council to put in place three disabled parking spaces on Celbridge's Main Street. Councillor Lyons made the call at the Celbridge Area Meeting held on January 9th.

"Celbridge currently does not have any disabled parking spaces on its mainstreet, which is of great inconvenience to the town's disabled and elderlyresidents," he says.

He wants the Council to put in place three disabled parkingspaces on the Main Street at St Patrick's Church, Dr Walsh's Surgery and inthe vicinity of the Post Office.
