Strenghtening the CDB Process
For KCDB to be successful in achieving its goals, it will need to continue to strengthen its own processes and the working relationships between all members. This will be done through members adhering to the existing and future goals and objectives of the Strategy in their own plans and through working in partnership with other members and organisations in implementing the actions of the Strategy.
The Action Plan also puts forward a number of actions that will strengthen KCDB itself. The CDB Process Actions are designed to improve co-operation, understanding and sharing between members over the next three years. Implementing these actions will ensure the effectiveness of, and commitment to, the aims of co-operation and integration and also commitment to the strategy itself.
