Can bioimpedance analysis make you depressed?

The ratio of fat and lean tissue (fat-lean ratio) has in the past been measured by inaccurate methods such as BMI and waist-hip ratio. Other measurements are skin fold measurements such as used by physiotherapists and fitness trainers in the past and height and weight, visuals such as photos and postural assessment.

Modern methods can use bioimpediance analysis which is a weighing scale that is very intelligent! Please read on..........
