Kerry v Kildare

Kildare meet Kerry in Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney in the GAA Football All-Ireland Senior Championship Quarter-Final Group 1 phase 3 on Saturday 4th August at 6.00pm

Having lost the Phase 1 game to Monaghan by 1-10 to 0-15 and the Phase 2 game to Galway by 0-19 to 0-16, Kildare will be playing for pride this Saturday as they cannot qualify for the All Ireland Football Semi Final.
Kerry can still go through by beating Kildare, but they need Monaghan to lose against Galway in Salthill, but they will need to beat Kildare by 5 points or more. So there is still all to play for...


The Referee for the match is Derek O Mahoney.

The GAA Super 8s have replaced the All-Ireland football quarter-finals.
Two Groups of 4 teams play each, with the top 2 teams in the group advancing to the Semi Finals.
