COURSE TITLE: KILDARE OPTIONS PROJECT

DURATION: Up to 44 weeks

COURSE AIM: This is an innovative project aimed at people who have little or no work experience and who are unsure of their career paths. The training will provide participants with the opportunity to acquire a range of both personal and vocational skills to help them to make informed decisions regarding their future careers in the general office or equestrian industry.

TRAINEE PROFILE: Unemployed people with an interest in acquiring a range of skills, engaging in practical projects and working as a team member.

 

METHODS: Formal training with a heavy reliance on "hands-on" practical training coupled with related subjects. The instruction will contain lectures, practical exercises, project work, individual assignments and assessments.

CERTIFICATION:
National Vocational Qualification in Racehorse Care
European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)
Certification in First Aid
Certification in Health & Safety
