The Leinster Leader is now available on the Irish Newspaper Archive for the years 1881 to 1929. This will prove of great benefit to researchers and will compliment the Kildare Observer 18880 – 1935 which Kildare Library Services hosts online and the extensive archive of the Irish Newspaper Archive.
Search though the paper for news of Kildare and the Irish Land League, Clongorey Evictions, new barracks in Kildare Town, WWI, 1916 Rising, War of Independence and Civil War, birth of the new state and most importantly the four All-Ireland victories of 1905, 1919, 1927 and 1928.
