GRAVEYARD SEMINAR
 Sat 13th October 2007 at  Riverbank, Newbridge.
 
The aim of this seminar is to provide the participants with an understanding of the importance of graveyard inscriptions and iconography. It will provide practical advice on how to prepare for and execute a graveyard recording project. 
Who should attend?
The event is open to anyone with an interest in the local history, historic graveyards, and genealogy and is aimed at graveyard maintenance committees, clergy, community groups, “Tidy Towns” groups, historical societies and interested individuals.
This is an action of the County Kildare Heritage Plan 2005-2009

9.30-9.40 Welcome address and introductory remarks

There is no charge for this seminar but places are limited so booking is essential as numbers are required for lunch.
