Description:
Caragh School is situated in Caragh Village, near Naas. We have about 250 pupils in the school, but this number is growing all the time as a lot of new houses are being built in the parish

The school at the moment consists of eight classrooms, with a staff room, a library and a reading room.

The school was built in 1963. Until then, the children of the parish went to school across the road, close to the graveyard, in the old school. The first principal of the new school was Paddy Power, who went on to become Minister of Defence
