Peter Hussey's play emerged from the scriptwriting workshops run
by the company and was staged in a rehearsed reading in The Blue
Room, George's Street, Newbridge in May 1999.
The play is a romp in one act and features two of the weird sisters
from Macbeth waiting on the common for the third to arrive. A man,
whom they mistake for Macbeth but who is really Godot, arrives and
in the ensuing confusion questions are raised and smartly answered
about the relationships of characters to authors, audience's expectations
and the concept of storytelling as a medium for exploring truth. The
cast were Sarah Kearney as Agnes, Kate Connaughton as Sile and Andrew
Buchanan as Godot.
