The C1 Form (Consignment Note) is being replaced by the Waste Transfer Form (WTF).
The C1 form can still be purchased from Kildare County Council until 31st December, 2011 but from 1st January, 2012 only WTF’s can be used.
If you purchased a C1 form from Kildare County Council the completed form should be returned to Kildare County Council who will continue to process these forms in the usual manner.
The WTF is an online electronic system administered nationally by Dublin City Council which is available from November 2011. It involves users registering online to create an account. When the account is set up users can purchase a WFT at a charge of €6, complete the WTF online and download the WTF. The WTF is then signed and shall accompany the waste while in transit. The receiving facility shall log onto the online system to validate acceptance of the load on the WTF.
In order to use the electronic system you will first need to create your user account by going to http://wrms.dublincity.ie Click on “Register” and complete the steps outlined.
For further information on the WTF system please contact Dublin City Council at
