The Kildare County Council Triathlon 2009 will take place on Sunday20th September at The Defence Forces Training Centre, the Curragh Camp (SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION).
It involves a 750m swim, 20k Cycle, and 5k Run.
This event is open to all levels of fitness; you can enter as a triathlon individual, as a team of 3 or you can participate in one or two of the disciplines (swim, run & cycle) under a new single/double event category. The aim of this event is to promote participant's health and fitness and create a fun and enjoyable experience for all.
