An introductory course follows the framework of a Canoeing Ireland level 2 course. Run Over either 5 Sessions or 2 complete days.
The cost of the course starts at €120 for Juniors and there are packages for Seniors and Families. This includes the training sessions and the provision of basic equipment such as; boats, paddles, buoyancy aids, and cags.
We recommend that beginners be aged 10 or over. You must be able to swim 100m in canoeing clothes, (thermal top, T shirt and shorts).
At the end of a course, full membership is Included in the course price, to those that wish to continue with the sport.
