Horsemanship Clinic in Kilcock

An innovative one day clinic has been organised for Saturday the 11th October at  Fincseal Stud, Kilcock, Co. Meath on Horse Handling. The day is targeted at those interested in learning more about horse psychology, body language and ground handling skills and how they relate to riding.

Emma Jane Clarke, EFI Coach and Positive Horsemanship trainer, delivers this clinic to help those who wish to enhance their horsemanship skills or have horses with behavioural issues or are a nervous or inexperienced owner.

According to Emma Jane ‘this approach to horsemanship comes from the way horses were worked with traditionally in Ireland and will help to get the most out of handling or riding your horse in the ring in a humane and safe way. Presenting a well handled and behaved youngster in a showing class or example will definitely work in the competitors favour’

The intention is to provide an enjoyable and informative day for those new to or would like to improve their horse’s performance in this sector.
