The US cable news channel, Cable News Network (CNN) has included The K Club in its definitive list of the top ten golf resorts in the world. The list, created by self proclaimed golf fanatic and journalist Tony Smart used four criteria for choosing the world’s top 10 golf resorts. The first criteria was golf quality, condition and history of the course; second, quality and luxury of the accommodation; third, the quality of the food and drink available; and finally the quality and variety of the other facilities available.
CNN lists The K Club in this prestigious ranking along with The Old Course Hotel St. Andrew’s, in Scotland and Pebble Beach, Kiawah Island and Pinhurst in the USA making this another great endorsement for a quality Irish golf experience.
