Kildare Sports & Leisure Facilities Ltd is constructing, and will subsequently operate, the Kildare Sports & Leisure Facilities at Naas & Athy. Both facilities are due to be completed in the later part of 2008. The Company will also manage and operate other sports and leisure facilities to be determined by way of management agreements with Kildare County Council.
The Naas facilities will include:
6 lane deck level 25m swimming pool
Separate teaching pool
Sauna and steam room
Fitness suite gym
Aerobic studio
The Athy facilities will include:
6 lane deck level 25m pool with moveable floor
Sauna and steam room
Fitness suite gym
Aerobic studio
Kildare Sports & Leisure Facilities Ltd are seeking a Chief Executive who will oversee the complex completion and fit out and will take on the overall facilities management which would include setting up management and administrative structures and arranging staff recruitment.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sports and/or leisure industry professional, customer focused, target driven with excellent people, financial and management skills and will be capable of developing and sustaining the facilities to its full potential.
Salary range €60,000 to €70,000 plus performance related bonus.
A three year contract will be offered.
