The Bog of Allen Nature Centre will celebrate International Bog Day on the 26th of July 2009 from 2pm –5pm. Activities have been organised for all the family with a talk entitled ‘Beautiful Bogs’ and a walk to Lodge Bog included throughout the day. For younger visitors pond dipping, frog searches and nature crafts will be offered.
