Join the Irish Peatland Conservation Council (IPCC) at Lodge Bog, Co. Kildare for a day renovating the visitor Boardwalk on the bog. This event takes place on Sunday 22nd August from 11am to 4pm, meeting at the Bog of Allen Nature Centre, Lullymore, Rathangan, Co. Kildare.
Depending on the number of participants we will also be doing a litter pick up on the bog and removing invasive species that are affecting the hydrology of the site.
This event is not suitable for young children. Bring wellies and packed lunch. Advance booking is essential.
