Ante-natal, Beginners, Step-up, Advanced and Aqua Pilates Classes run year round. Free parking available on-site.
Classes are held at Celbridge Physiotherapy & Hydrotherapy Centre, Celbridge Medical Centre, Main Street.
Classes start in September, November, February and May. Recruitment begins 1 month before the classes start and spaces are booked in advance (€50 deposit by credit card or laser required).

BEGINNER CLASSES:
All Beginner classes incorporate Mat, Gymball, Aerobic and Aqua Exercises.
Classes run for 10 weeks and cost €130 per person (Beginners). €50 deposit required to book a class. Discount available for 2 or more joining the same Beginner class.
ANTE-NATAL / PREGNANCY CLASSES
Ante-natal classes run on Monday evening from 6.20 until 7pm.
The classes incorporate Pilates and Aquanatal exercises (we are in the pool onsite every 2nd week)
€50 for 6 classes, you can join any week. (pre-booking required)

POST-NATAL CLASS:
Held on Wednesdays@11am, you are welcome to bring your new born baby with you. Can start immediately after you have had your baby. Pre-booking required. Class lasts 45 mins and costs €10 per class.
