Gentle yoga 10-11am Tuesdays (Leinster Clinic)
and 12-1pm Fridays (Finesse, Main St. Maynooth)
With the focus on deep, slow, gentle stretching, breathing and relaxation, these classes are especially suited for those recovering from illness or injury, or for anyone looking to destress from everyday life.
We use specific yoga postures to recover and maintain healthy joints and muscles, to improve mobility and cardiovascular and respiratory function.
