Courses are available at Apple Yoga, Garadice, Kilcock.
Sessions take place at 10.20am. Night classes also available 8.30 pm.
The tone of the class is gentle and relaxed and all of babies needs are accommodated. A chance for you to tone while having fun with your baby.
Opportunity at the end of class to connect with other mums over coffee. no yoga experience necessary.
80 Euros for a course of 8 lessons.
